The TOC teams are the Division winners of the regular season. Folsom National Little League typically fields two TOC teams from the Majors/AAA Divisions. These teams play in a single-elimination tournament against the winners of other local leagues in District 54.

All-Star Team Selection

Being selected for an All-Star team is an honor, but it comes with responsibilities. Only 12-13 players make the team. To be considered, players must be available in the summer for all practices and games. Commitment to the team's schedule is crucial. Attendance at every practice and game is required, with unexcused absences possibly leading to reduced playing time or removal from the All-Star team.
